Santa made a grand visit to our neighborhood with the help of the local volunteer fire department. Davey was so excited.
Announcing his arrival with the sound of the firetruck sirens . . . . .
Santa hops off his makeshift sleigh to wish Davey (and Maggie) a Merry Christmas . . . .
and even hugs up for a picture with the special boy of mine . . . . .
and Santa calls out as he rolls out of sight,
"Now sleep well, because I am visiting tonight!
Merry Christmas!"

ReplyDeleteDavey did, he thought it was so cool that Santa came to visit on a firetruck, I wish Jon was awake, but I didn't dare wake him from his nap. Hopefully they will do it again next year.
